Free seasonal local delivery in Ottawa and Montreal
Typically, we ship with a flat fee of $19 through Canada Post all across Canada.
International Shipping
For international orders please contact us directly before placing your order.
Some products cannot ship due to sensitivities around the biodiversity of the flora and fauna in countries of origin.
Processing Times
If changes occur outside of our control, due to peaked demand or as a result of a mass pandemic, we will update the processing times to reflect it.
Online Shop
Typical order processing time is 3 - 5 days, expected delivery times will vary due to seasonality, shipping company and distances.
We do our best to update inventory on a weekly basis.
We use as much upcycled products in deliveries, ensuring second life to plastics and products that would go straight to the land fill.
Custom Order
Please note all handmade soap requires 6 weeks from production date to cure and to be ready for use.

Returns, cancellations, order changes
For any Changes and or cancellations please contact us before confirmation of delivery and we will try to honour it within a reasonable timeline.
We ensure products are packaged with consideration, for any damaged products please contact the shipping company. We will be happy to issue a rebate if such an event occurs.
